Psoriasis
A research-based program focused on improving treatment for psoriasis through immune testing, lifestyle evaluation, and advanced therapy trials that reduce inflammation and improve skin health.
The Psoriasis Study is dedicated to researching chronic inflammatory skin conditions that cause red, scaly patches on the skin due to an overactive immune system. This study aims to evaluate new treatments that target inflammation, reduce flare-ups, and improve skin appearance and quality of life for those affected by psoriasis.
1. Skin Condition Evaluation
Assesses the severity, location, and appearance of psoriatic lesions using standardized scoring systems.
Monitors how skin responds to different treatment methods over time.
2. Immune and Inflammatory Testing
Measures specific immune markers and proteins involved in inflammation.
Helps identify how the immune system contributes to psoriasis flare-ups.
3. Lifestyle and Environmental Assessment
Reviews factors such as stress, diet, and environmental triggers that worsen symptoms.
Provides personalized recommendations to minimize flare frequency.
4. Investigational Treatment Programs
Participants may receive topical, oral, or injectable therapies designed to regulate immune activity.
Each treatment phase is closely monitored for safety, skin improvement, and inflammation reduction.
Eligible Participants Are
18 to 75 years of age
Diagnosed with plaque psoriasis or other forms of psoriasis
Moderate to severe psoriasis covering a significant body surface area
May have previously tried other psoriasis treatments
Willing to undergo skin assessments, blood tests, and photography for documentation
Additional criteria apply
Eligible Participants May
Receive study-related medical care and treatment at no cost
Receive compensation for study-related time and travel
Gain access to investigational psoriasis therapies
Contribute to advancing dermatology and autoimmune disease research
The Psoriasis Clinical Trial contributes to the development of innovative therapies that aim to control inflammation, reduce visible symptoms, and restore confidence for individuals living with chronic skin disease.
